Lady Chanelle McCoy

Lady Chanelle McCoy is one of Ireland’s most successful business women. She co-founded Chanelle Medical, part of the multi-million pound global company Chanelle Pharmaceutical Group. Having been recognised as a successful businesswoman in her own right, Chanelle appeared on the last TV series Dragon’s Den in Ireland. She is a huge supporter of women in business and mentoring young entrepreneurs. Chanelle enjoys sharing her experience of scaling up a business and taking it to global markets and will share insights across a wide number of subjects such as time management, career pressures, life balance, team work and using initiative. Chanelle is married to Sir AP McCoy OBE, Champion Jump Jockey for 20 consecutive years, who was knighted by the Queen for his Services to Horseracing. Chanelle also reveals during her speaking engagements what it’s like to live with such a highly driven and determined sportsman

Louise Minchin

Louise Minchin is a successful TV presenter, journalist, author and podcaster. She presented the UK’s most watched Breakfast programme BBC Breakfast on BBC One for 20 years. Louise is passionate about endurance sport and celebrating women’s sporting success. Louise is the host of top-rated podcast, Push Your Peak, where she interviews superhumans who have done extraordinary things, learning what it takes – mentally and physically – to go again (and again). For her second book – Fearless, Adventures with Extraordinary Women – she took on difficult challenges with different courageous women. She’ll share some of these experiences, from free diving under ice in the dark in Finland, swimming from Alcatraz and wild caving as well as some of the truly inspiring stories she’s heard whilst recording her podcast.

Manju Malhotra

Manju Malhotra is a highly experienced and influential businesswoman who started her journey at Harvey Nichols as a newly qualified accountant in 1998. Over the years, she climbed the ranks, eventually becoming chief executive of this British luxury retailer. Her tenure was marked by resilience and adaptability, successfully guiding this national treat through the pandemic that was declared just days after she assumed leadership. Her legacy remains one of galvanizing Harvey Nichols as a luxury destination, both in-store and digitally. Manju has since taken on a number of non-executive director posts – at the office and workshop landlord Workspace and the fund manager Abrdn’s smaller companies growth trust. She is an alumna of the Asian Women of Achievement as well as an ambassador and mentor to organisations that support and mentor the next general of business leaders

Thomas Kelly

Thomas Kelly is the CEO of restaurant chain, Honest Burgers. Thomas was appointed to lead the business into a new phase of growth. He began his career at McDonald’s as a graduate trainee and worked his way up within the fast-food chain to become a member of the executive board as Vice President in the UK and then CEO in Finland and Sweden, where he delivered seven consecutive quarters of sales growth and 40% EBITDA growth in three years. As a result of transforming a 30-year loss making business to deliver 450% EBITDA growth in three years Thomas was awarded ‘Europe’s Best Turnaround’ for his work. After McDonald’s, he was the Global Executive Director at Costa Coffee, leading the Design, Retail Propositions, Customer Experience through to Franchising and International Growth. More recently he has worked within the Private Equity sector as an Executive advisor with Terra Firma Capital Partners.

Sarah Dunning

Sarah Dunning started her career at investment bank Rothschild before becoming a headhunter at a pioneering all-female firm called the Rose Partnership. She is now Chair of Westmorland, the trail-blazing business that her parents launched, which owns and runs several businesses including Tebay Services; the iconic motorway service which concentrates on local food, including food from their own farm. In the culinary desert of the British motorway network, it has become a foodie oasis described by Which? Holiday magazine as ‘the closest the motorway network comes to Harrods Food Hall’. Sarah has been awarded the OBE for services to the food, drink and hospitality sector and was a winner of Business in the Community’s Rural Action Award. Champion of the business’ values, Sarah continues to develop the business, taking on new sites and challenges.

Gaurav Batra

Gaurav Batra has broad commercial experience gained across a variety of industries, including consumer and business services internationally. Gaurav’s early career spanned stints in strategy consulting, corporate finance and venture capital. He joined the Virgin Group, becoming Corporate Development and Strategy Director, developing new growth platforms, including Virgin Money and Virgin Healthcare. He then moved to Bibby Line Group, as Executive Director and Chair of several portfolio businesses, including Bibby Financial Services and Garic. More recently Gaurav has been operating across a portfolio of roles in organisations with long-term vision and making a meaningful contribution to society. He is Chairman of the Bolesworth Estate, as well as Think Energy Group, a market leader in providing relocatable renewable energy resources to the construction and infrastructure sectors. Previously, he was Chair of Life Leisure, a not-for-profit charitable organisation operating fitness centres to improve local communities’ access to health and wellness facilities
