Refund and exchange update
Due to severe weather at the weekend we were hugely disappointed to have to cancel the Bolesworth Christmas Lights Trail on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
If you had tickets booked for one of these dates, to transfer your tickets to an alternative date, please use the Customer Service portal on See Tickets.
Please note, tickets can only be exchanged on an exact like for like basis (peak for peak, off-peak for off-peak). If you would like to change to a different ticket type you will need to apply for a refund and then manually order your new ticket
In addition we will arrange a full refund if you are unable to attend the Christmas Lights 2021 event. To apply for a refund please log-in using order reference number, which can be found on your confirmation email, and your postcode/phone number/last 4 digits of your payment card and click on the “Refund” button
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Due to severe damage caused overnight by Storm Arwen, we’re hugely disappointed to let you know that we have now been forced to postpone our Christmas Lights Trail on Sunday 28th November, in addition to the days already postponed.
The team is on site and will be working hard all week to make repairs so that customers can experience the fantastic Christmas Lights Trail from Friday 3rd December.
Friday 3rd December will be the first open day to the public ticket holders. The team is working to ensure that the Christmas Village, Trail and Light show will once again look their spectacular best.
Our ticketing agent, See Tickets, will contact all ticket buyers who purchased tickets for storm-affected postponed days, on Monday 29th November, with clear instructions on how to rebook your tickets for another date during December. (We would be really grateful if you could wait to receive this email before contacting our office with any additional queries). This email will include instructions to arrange a full refund for customers that are unable to find another date that works. Champagne Island bookings from this weekend will be contacted by a member of our team on Monday to rebook, but unfortunately, all Santa and Ice Skating bookings from this weekend will be automatically refunded – please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to credit the original payment source.
