We’re hugely disappointed to let you know that we have had to postpone the launch of the Christmas Lights Trail on Friday 26th & Saturday 27th November, due to adverse weather conditions with the arrival of Storm Arwen. We must follow the advice that we have received from the Met Office and Cheshire West Council as the safety of our attendees is of paramount importance.
The weather on Sunday is looking much improved, therefore we have automatically transferred your Christmas Lights Trail ticket(s) to Sunday 28th November (Arrival times are between 1600hrs and 2040hrs – you are welcome to arrive at any time that suits you between these times using your existing tickets). Please note that you do not need to contact anyone to exchange your tickets prior to your arrival.
Sunday will now become our official launch day for the event – The Christmas Village, Trail and Light show are all looking spectacular, and we are also looking forward to some very special performances by the Kelsborrow Choir throughout the evening in addition to all the other attractions.
Our ticketing agent, See Tickets, will arrange refunds for any Santa Grotto and/or Ice Skating bookings that you have made for the Friday or Saturday – please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to credit the original payment source. Unfortunately, all of the Santa Grotto slots for Sunday have sold but there is some availability for Ice Skating which you can book via https://bolesworth.com/christmas/
If you are unable to join us on Sunday evening, See Tickets will contact you on Monday to let you know how to transfer your Christmas Lights Trail booking to an alternative date. If you cannot find a suitable alternative you will be able to request a full refund.
