Premium Food Concessions
Pagodas
Pagodas or ‘Chinese Hat’ marquees are available around the Main Arena, Champagne Terrace and Style Quarter. Constructed as individual units, Pagodas are finished with wooden floors and carpeting.
They are available in the following sizes:
- 6m x 6m
- 5m x 5m
- 3m x 3m
Marquee Shedding Scheme
Shedding scheme stands in clearspan marquees, again floored and carpeted with wall height partitions. These are available in the Shopping Village and within the Drivers Lawn area
They are available in the following sizes:
- 6m x 12m
- 6m x 9m
- 6m x 6m
- 3m x 3m
Premium Open Space
We are offering a limited number of space only positions. These are premium locations and bookings for these spaces will only be accepted with a clear description, and/or photographs of the proposed layout/use of the space and structures that are intended to be built upon it.
They are available in the following sizes:
- Up to 25 sqm
- 25 sqm to 50 sqm
- Over 50 sqm
Payment Terms
To secure your booking, a 30% deposit of the pitch fee, along with any applicable service charges, is required at the time of reservation. If your application is unsuccessful for any reason other than non-payment, the deposit will be fully refunded. An additional 20% of the total balance is due 3 months prior to the event, and the remaining 50% must be paid in full no later than 30th April 2027. Exhibitors who do not pay the remaining fees by the deadline may forfeit both their stand and deposit.
