The allocation of the Affordable Homes on accordance with the following criteria: –
Each Affordable Home within the area (including allocation arising from the Councils nominations) shall upon practical completion of the Affordable Homes and at any time subsequently upon a vacancy arising be allocated to persons who are considered to be in housing need (as referred to in clause 7(o) of the planning obligation under Section 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Agreement) and who are registered on the Councils Housing Register, and
Who reside and have continuously resided in the Parish of Burwardsley for at least the 12 months immediately preceding the date of allocating the property or who have previously resided in the Parish of Burwardsley for at least 5 out of the last 10 years of who have strong local connections with the Parish of Burwardsley by reason or employment or close family association where the person is compelled to change his or her residence to the Parish of Burwardsley in order to provide care for or be cared for by members of his or her close family
(ii) SECONDLY (if no application qualified under sub-paragraph (i) above).
Who are immediately prior to allocation residing in the parishes within the Councils administrative district which geographically adjoin the Parishes of Bickerton Bulkeley or Peckforton and have continuously resided in such Parishes for at least the 12 months immediately preceding the date of application or who have strong local connections with any of those Parishes by reason of employment or close family association
(iii) THIRDLY (if no applicant qualifies under sub-paragraphs (i) or (ii) above) who reside in the Rural Area and who have done so continuously for a minimum period of 12 months or who have strong local connections with the Rural Area by reasons of employment or close family association
(iv) FOURTHLY (if no applicant qualifies under sub-paragraphs (i) (ii) or (iii) above). Who reside anywhere in the administrative district of the council or who have strong local connections with the District by reason of employment or close family association.
