Thousands gathered in the stunning setting of Bolesworth Castle on Saturday evening to witness the much-anticipated return of CSI4* Grand Prix action for the first time since 2019. The evening marked a milestone for British showjumping, made possible by the strengthened partnership between Bolesworth and HH Sheikha Fatima bint Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Al Shira’aa.

Olympians Headline Bolesworth’s Return to CSI4*

Anticipation is building as Bolesworth International, presented by Al Shira’aa, makes its long-awaited return to CSI4* level for the first time since 2019 – when Belgium’s Rik Hemeryck clinched victory aboard the unforgettable coloured stallion Ulyss Morinda. Their names have been etched on the Grand Prix trophy for six years, but in 2025, a new star will rise. Thanks to the extended support of Sheikha Fatima Bint Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the Al Shira’aa team, this prestigious title is once again up for grabs.

Attracting the sport’s top names, the 2025 line-up is nothing short of stellar.
Horsepower Meets High Society

Bolesworth International presented by Al Shira’aa is revving up to become the biggest horsepower event on British soil – and it’s not just the horses bringing the heat. This summer, spectacular Bolesworth Estate in Cheshire will play host to the Lotus Evija, the UK’s first all-electric hypercar. Supplied by luxury car dealer, HR Owen, the £2m+ car boasts over 2,000 PS of power, a top speed of 218 mph and a striking carbon fibre silhouette. The Evija headlines Bolesworth’s Supercar Paddock, which is presented by classic and performance car auctioneers, Hampson Auctions.

Equestrian Superstar This Esme to Host Exclusive Free Meet & Greet at Bolesworth International – A Must-Visit Family Day Out

Families and young equestrian fans alike are in for a treat this summer as This Esme, the UK’s leading equestrian influencer with over 1 million YouTube subscribers and a huge global following across social media, is set to appear at Bolesworth International, presented by Al Shira’aa, for her only scheduled  meet and greet of  Summer 2025 and her only North West appearance of the year.

Taking place on Sunday 29th June from 10am, the free meet and greet with Esme is included in the price of general admission and promises to be a magical moment for her many fans .
