Tickets for CarFest, the UK’s biggest family fundraising festival will go on sale at 8am on Wednesday 20th November 2019.
The brainchild of radio presenter Chris Evans, CarFest takes place in two locations across two weekends in July and August respectively, and has been described as the UK’s biggest village fete, with a mission to bring the true spirit of family to life. The weekend is packed to the brim with activities for every member of the family, with this year promising more music, more cars and even more stars in attendance!
The 2020 events will also see CarFest continue on its mission to #GoGreen and achieve its goal of being 100% Carbon Neutral on its primary emissions and will be the first UK festival to encourage visitors to offset their carbon footprint with a donation towards the planting of 1000 trees.
CarFest, was created by Evans in 2012 with the sole purpose of raising funds for UK Children’s charities has over the past eight years successfully raised over £16million for BBC Children in Need and its other partner charities. CarFest donates 25% of ticket sales direct to children’s charities each year, and Evans recently announced the festival’s aim to raise £21million by 2021 to mark CarFest’s 10th anniversary.
This year the festival will continue to #DoMoreGood and raise funds for UK Children Charities.
CarFest North takes place from 24th – 26th July @ Bolesworth in Cheshire
CarFest South takes place from 28th – 30th August @ Laverstoke Park Farm in Hampshire
