Camp at the castle

Make an unforgettable summer weekend of it at the Bolesworth International! Located conveniently on-site (a five-minute walk south of the main arena) the Bolesworth Field Campsite is the perfect place to really make the most of your festival weekend.

Fairground

If the excitement of international showjumping wasn't enough, canter on over to our amazing fairground and experience a different kind of thrill ride! Please note there's an additional cost for each ride.

Northcote Mini Major

Sunday 1.30pm: Riders 12 years and under will be paired with top competitors to compete in a showjumping relay competition; every year comes with a different fancy dress theme... what will it be in 2023?!

Youth Motocross Experience

Ideally suited for youngsters aged between 5-10, enjoy the chance to ride an electric powered motocross bike under the supervision and guidance of qualified instructors. No experience is needed, although being able to ride a bicycle is preferred. Includes safety briefing, motocross riding kit and experienced instructors.

Organised Kaos

Organised Kaos, a contemporary Welsh circus company, will be offering aerial displays and circus workshops suitable for all ages and abilities. Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Dog Activities

Farndon Dog Training are providing first aid talks, dog training displays, have-a-go agility, dog show competitions, (Sat/Sun), hoopla display (Fri only).

Free Inflatables Zone

King Of The Castles Entertainments will be offering endless free bouncy fun for everyone including the all-time favourite Wipeout Challenge, plus a huge 55ft assault course. If that wasn’t enough there will also be a huge 15ft rush slide and a bouncy castle. Available Saturday and Sunday.

Land & Water Hamster Zorbing

Enjoy the thrill of running around in a giant ball crashing, rolling and generally wearing yourself out. You can also experience the thrill of walking on water in a lake Zorb!

Lunar Eclipse & Hoof Gang Experience

Lunar Eclipse aim to make the equestrian world accessible to all. They use Equine Facilitated Learning to provide interactive experiences with their horses and ponies, to allow those involved to experience the healing power of ponies. Their therapy miniature horses Apollo and Daisy will be available to meet on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

South Cheshire Beekeepers

Get a taste of beekeeping with South Cheshire Beekeepers and a 'buzz' from fun activities including candle rolling with beeswax, plus spot the Queen Bee in their free standing full sized hive (there won't be any live bees)! They'll also have their honey and beeswax candles available to purchase .

Dalton Wood Chainsaw Carving

Chainsaw artist Rob Dalton will be producing pieces of unique, sustainable sculptures and artwork through the show designed to make people smile and brighten gardens across the country.

Wildlife Displays

An exciting, educational, and interactive experience. Discover fascinating facts about reptiles, spiders, meercats, owls, guinea pigs and more. A one-to-one experience allows you to get up close and hands-on with these animals, whilst giving you the opportunity to ask questions to a highly experienced and knowledgeable animal handler. Great for adults and children alike, handle, pet, and pose for photos across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Face Painting

Add a splash of colour to the Bolesworth International with glitter face painting.

Shropshire Falconry

Experience the thrill of meeting spectacular wild birds up close, such as owls and hawks and watch them fly in a controlled and safe environment. Get ready for an experience you'll never forget!

Cheshire Creches

Cheshire Creches provide their Tiny Tots Pitstop service; a bespoke baby and toddler tent featuring a fun and enriching play area, changing and feeding facilities and more. The space includes microwave and fridges, free wipes and nappies, sterilising equipment and more, as well as interactive and role play, colouring, sensory play, plus a private area for breastfeeding mums. Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
